INTERPOL and BI.ZONE have signed a formal agreement to substantially enhance and extend collaboration in the global fight against cybercrime

INTERPOL and BI.ZONE (subsidiary of Sberbank Group) have signed a formal agreement to substantially enhance and extend collaboration between the two organizations in the global fight against cybercrime.

Formalized in October 2017, the comprehensive agreement will see BI.ZONE and INTERPOL Global Complex For Innovation show ongoing support and share its threat intelligence data pertaining to criminal trends in cyberspace, malicious cyberthreats and organized cybercrime.

The cyberthreat landscape is constantly evolving, growing in both scale and complexity. Cooperation between law enforcement and the private sector is key to effectively tackle this phenomenon. INTERPOL’s agreement with BI.ZONE signals a significant step forward in our ongoing efforts to ensure that the police around the world has access to the information they need to combat cyberthreats
