BI.ZONE participated in the International Cybersecurity Congress
It was held on July 5–6, 2018 in the Congress Center of the World Trade Center in Moscow. More than 2,000 participants from 51 countries attended the Congress, including representatives of governmental and international organizations, law enforcement agencies, global technology corporations and the leaders of the cybersecurity industry.
The Congress is the first global-scale international conference of such level in Russia, it is devoted to cybersecurity and cybercrime countermeasures. The Congress’ programme included lectures by recognized cybersecurity experts and panel discussions on the most pressing cyber-related issues. Two break-out sessions were organized under the auspices of the World Economic Forum and INTERPOL.
Dmitry Samartsev, BI.ZONE CEO, took part in the panel discussion “Russian Experience in the Fight Against Cybercrime”. Dmitry drew a particular attention to the fact that cybercriminals are now increasingly targeting the personal data of corporate executives instead of corporations. Also, Mr. Samartsev touched upon the problem of the international collaboration between law enforcement agencies, governmental organizations and private companies across the globe as it remains the key element for an effective fight against cybercrime.
The BI.ZONE stand was the largest at the event and attracted the attention of the participants and visitors of the Congress. The visitors were interested in BI.ZONE services and products, as well as in advanced research projects.
