BI.ZONE specialists are now certified to latest ISO/IEC 27001:2022

This certification will enable BI.ZONE to prepare its clients for the transition to the new standard and assist them in organizing their security processes accordingly
February 14, 2023

The ISO/IEC 27001:2022 standard on information security management systems was updated in October. The revision specifies the changes in the structure of security measures.

It also describes the new security controls for cloud technology and computing. All systems based on ISO/IEC 27001 must achieve compliance with its latest version within three years. Companies that practice a risk‑based approach and employ cloud technologies will have to update their information security management systems, after almost 10 years of no changes to the requirements.

The certification was conducted by TÜV AUSTRIA Standards & Compliance. The completion of this course—the first of its kind to be ever held in Russia—will allow BI.ZONE to integrate new knowledge into the company’s services and improve their quality. This year, BI.ZONE plans to launch a new service to help other companies switch to the new standard.

Our key objective is to provide our clients with robust protection against cyber threats in a rapidly changing world. We monitor more than 20 key standards in risk-based security and business continuity management. This is why we were able to pre‑plan a special course for our consulting division. Our cooperation with TÜV AUSTRIA Standards & Compliance helps us stay in lockstep with all the current ISO standards. Thanks to this, we can assure our clients that our approaches and solutions meet the best international practices
